During this phase the plan comes to life. Timelines are established, vendor bids are solicited, and equipment and services are subsequently ordered. Regular status meetings are held and status reports are submitted to the client. NAAT can take full responsibility for the project, or offer supplemental technology support staff to the client's own Project Manager.
